Yasmine Khalaj is an Osteopath with a Master’s in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, completed through four years and 4,200 hours of academic and clinical training. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and has a background in clinical Pilates and strength and conditioning.
Her approach is grounded in anatomy, collective mechanics, and the understanding that the body functions as an interconnected system. Through a comprehensive assessment, Yasmine identifies restrictions, compensatory patterns, and areas of tension that may influence movement, posture, circulation, nerve mobility, and overall function.
Osteopathic care can support individuals through many stages of life, including those experiencing pain, stiffness, repetitive strain, postural changes, or the physical demands of work, sport, and everyday life. Using individualized, hands-on treatment, Yasmine works to improve mobility, support the body’s ability to adapt and recover, and promote more balanced and efficient mechanics throughout the body.
